What kind of project was the Hogai implementation for you? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the one hand, you could say it’s the e-commerce everyone knows. However, as you delve into the details of each component, you know that there are no simple things in IT, and there are many layers behind each thing that require a great deal of attention. And it is difficult, but also fascinating, because it forces you at every step to think and make decisions by asking yourself questions for which there are no easy answers, but you have to give them and move on. This road is always fascinating. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the most common challenges in digital projects? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many people focus on how something looks or works, this is obviously important. But the most important thing is to understand what game we are playing and, as a result, what we want to achieve. If we don’t know this, IT projects are just what we see on the screen. But the real essence lies in the value we want to deliver to the customer, or user. In other words, if we don’t have anything to offer that will spark interest and solve some problems, then no matter how much work we put into the solution, it won’t translate into business success.
