1. I have ordered/ordered Hogai products – what’s next?
Thank you! In the next step you should receive a confirmation of your order with information that it is being processed. This means that we prepare your product for shipment. When it is ready, we will notify you that it has left our warehouse. Then you will receive information about the delivery date.
2. Where can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in the customer account you set up while purchasing the product. If you made your purchase without creating an account, then email us at: myorder@hogai.store and include your order number in the email title.
3. I have not received / have not received confirmation of my order – what’s next?
If you didn’t receive an email with the confirmation of your order, you also didn’t find it in the TRASH or SPAM write to us at: myorder@hogai.store. In the body of the email, give your name and the product you ordered.
4. Can I change my order?
If you want to change the details of your order, please contact us. Email us at: myorder@hogai.store.
If your order has not yet been shipped – we will try to help.
In the body of the email, provide your order number and write what you would like to change.
5. How long does it usually take to deliver Hogai products?
We work hard to deliver our products as soon as possible. If the product you ordered is in stock – then we try to make sure that the shipment reaches you in 72 hours at the latest in Poland and 5 working days the latest within Europe outside of Poland. However, if we do not have the product in stock – the waiting time will increase. We will then inform you of the delivery date. In case of products ordered to be shipped outside of Europe – we will inform you about the timing in every individual case.
6. How much does it cost to ship Hogai products?
We offer free delivery in Europe (outside of Poland).
7. Do Hogai products are delivered with a carry-on?
Yes, all our big products are delivered with carry-in (in Poland). In Europe our partners deliver our products to your address. In case of smaller products – they will deliver it at your door. In case of bigger products carrying is not included in the service.
8. How long does it usually take to get Hogai products?
We work hard to ensure that our stock allows us to ship products quickly. For products that are not in stock, the waiting time is from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the moment in the production cycle.
9. I want to cooperate with Hogai – what should I do?
