We offer free shipping for European countries (outside of Poland). We care about our customers and the safe delivery of our products, which is why our shipments are delivered to your address.


We care about the qualitý of our products, so we provide you with safe transportation without damage.

We encourage you to carefully inspect the shipment and the product. If the shipment is damaged, make a damage report, this will allow us to determine the cause of the damage.
Describe in the protocol the condition of the package and provide other relevant information. A correct protocol will help us determine when the damage occurred and allow a faster response on our part.

You have the right to refuse a damaged shipment. In such a situation, inform us as soon as possible (

We work hard to deliver our products as soon as possible. If the product you ordered is in stock – then we try to make sure that the shipment reaches you in 5 working days at the latest (Europe outside of Poland). However, if we do not have the product in stock – the waiting time will increase. We will then inform you of the delivery date. In case of products ordered to be shipped outside of Europe – we will inform you about the timing in every individual case.
