Hogai’s organizational culture is everything you’d find in a startup – creative thinking, high levels of commitment, heads open to innovation. At the same time, we like order, we try to be responsible for tasks, because we like to do things the way that we are satisfied with them. We also have some life mottos that help us in our work. One of our favorite sayings is: “If there is the will, there is the way”. – This is our motto, and this approach to life has allowed us to build Hogai. I guess it’s because, as a rule, we don’t like to give up, although sometimes, where it doesn’t make sense to go on – we let go.
